How does High Tide give back to the community?

One of our founding principles is to get ahead by giving back. From international work supporting Operation Smile, to working closely with Hunger Task Force to provide healthy meals to Milwaukee families…..we believe that when you are given so much it is your responsibility to enrich the community around you.

What does success look like for High Tide in the next 5-10 years?

In the next 5-10 years we are on track to have acquired 8 new Fortune 500 clients, expanding our reach across the country. With increased opportunity for our clients, we also increase the opportunity for our team. We want to see each person who works with us grow, develop, and reach their goals both personally and professionally.

How does High Tide choose their clients?

Our priority in working with a new client is that they share our vision for growth and expansion. They must have a product/service that is of high quality that will better the lives of their consumers, and they should embrace new technology and innovation. As our team in Milwaukee grows, we are excited for new partnerships and market expansion.

What makes High Tide unique?

We don’t believe in limiting our employees to a specific role or department, instead we invest in their development by cross training in all departments and areas of our company. At High Tide we only promote from within, every team member starts in an entry level role. Our Executive Team is a part of our story not just our payroll.
